TuryElectro, founded in 2006, enables customers to extend service life and maximize financial returns from their investments in customer premises equipment and electronics hardware while maintaining or improving their customer experience.

TuryElectro promote strong ethical business practices and encourage the employees to treat our customers and suppliers with dignity, respect and with fair business method. Maintains an environment where employees are free from any physical, sexual, psychological, verbal or visual harassment or abuse.

Employees shall not be forced to work more than the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by the law of the country in which they are employed. Overtime shall be compensated at the legally required rate. All employees shall have contracts specifying the terms of employment.

Our belief is that employees are motivated and engaged when they know the company’s overall strategic direction and what is expected from them in their work. Receiving feedback and visualizing growth and development opportunities are closely related to increased motivation and engagement. This is done by demonstrating honesty and integrity in all interactions.

TuryElectro notes negotiation with customers, suppliers and vendors should be conducted in a professional manner, without offer, ask, give or accept, directly or indirectly, any undue advantage for personal gain from any third party, unless it can be constituted as being within the boundaries of accepted business practices such as representation and reasonable hospitality given in the ordinary course of business.
